All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You''ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. We ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not currently available — we''re working on it.
Returns
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all products. If you''re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we''ll arrange a return.

- We''ll email you a prepaid return label
- Pack the item and drop it at any USPS location
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We''ll send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the damaged item.
Exchanges
We currently don''t offer direct exchanges. The easiest path: return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item. Contact hello@settle.co if you need help.
